I feel so miserable ladies i'm seriously going through it right now this tooth pain hurts so bad I think I need my tooth pulled, i don't want to harm my baby, I just hate this why can't it be easy? Crying isn't good for my baby but honestly that's the only thing I feel like doing my boyfriend is at work, I just want this pain to go away :( please keep me in your prayers it's def needed because I feel like i'm going to break down.

You should go to the dentist ASAP. They will only do dental work in 2nd trimester so now is the time! Otherwise you will suffer through the rest of your pregnancy. And it won't hurt the baby to have a tooth filled or pulled. They use different numbing ingredients.

@kenitra, can that harm my baby in any way like getting it pulled or the anesthesia ? Have u had a tooth pulled while pregnant ?

I had 2 cavities filled about 3 Weeks ago. They give different numbing shots that don't adversely affect the baby. Your OB signs a dental care release (even for a cleaning) and then the Dentist or Endodontist will treat you. They know what they are doing! And if you wait until 3rd trimester they can't help you until after the baby comes except for with pain meds. And the pain will get worse during labor.

during my pregnancy I had a horrible toothache.. 2 days couldn't sleep I just started crying I was tired and Tylenol wouldn't work i was 34 weeks and dentist couldn't see me cause I was far along my pregnancy.. I went to the hospital that gave me stronger medication Norco.. I only took it while i was in pain and it absolutely work. you can still go to the dentist your in your 2nd trimester. it's common during pregnancy toothaches

@desirechild, ask your doc if you can get it taken care of cause I don't wish this pain on anyone it sucks so bad :( hopefully you don't get to this point

No.. it does get you drowsy... just had my baby 2 weeks ago he's very healthy :) with no problems
