It's normal discharge . I had a lot and I went in thinking it was my fluid but it was just a bladder infection .

It will consistently leak out and soak up pads, what you're describing sounds like normal discharge.

so it is also normal for your belly to feel tight and hard 24/7? I'm 32 weeks so I just want to be sure
