Omgosh I feel like I suddenly gained like 50 lbs. every time I try to stand up and walk more than a few steps my belly gets super hard and painful and heavy heavy heavy in my belly and vag area...😭😭😭😭

I just try and walk more when that happens and i get used to it or slightly bend as your walking

I tried walking through it but it's pretty bad. my dr wants me to take a med to help with it but I'm not sure I wanna be on meds this late in the game @mizharleyquinn199
