our pediatrician recommended making a food journal and listing everything you eat. that way you can see if particular days are worse and why. my little guy does not tolerate dairy. hes still pretty gassy so the pediatrician said the next step would be they can take his stool sample and find out exact what you should cut out..I think that's pretty neat. good luck mama, a gassy baby is heartbreaking😞
They make alternatives for dairy. (Rice, almond, coconut milk) which is better than cows milk in my opinion. I just cut out cheese and switched milks and he wasn't as gassy even. It can take weeks for it to be completely out of their system but you'll notice a difference.
@yungbae, should i try a bland diet and introduce different things slowly to see what affects him? I don't eat spicy or onions, but I can try cutting out dairy.
