depends on your policy often you have to wait 6 weeks

yes ma'am check with your policy most have their standard you take 6 weeks without pay and then you qualify for your short term disability payments and also depending on the policy you only get anywhere from 40-60% of your regular salary

i got mine in three weeks after all the paperwork was turned in. idk why it was so fast.

yesterday was my last day of work. i submited it today the lady said it should be a week or 2.
