my fiancé and i are trying to conceive. he has low sperm count and i only have one fallopian tube due to an ectopic pregnancy. do you think it better to spend money to go to a fertility clinic or buy over the counter enhancers for his sperm? please help. super desperate!!! 😧

Pre-seed helps the sperm swim fast to the egg as well as protects them
