my fiancé and i are trying to conceive. he has low sperm count and i only have one fallopian tube due to an ectopic pregnancy. do you think it better to spend money to go to a fertility clinic or buy over the counter enhancers for his sperm? please help. super desperate!!! 😧

Personally if it we're me in your situation I would try something to boost good count first. I would be scared to spend the money and have it not work if you went to the clinic.
