I had a bad cold and chest infection days before my son was born I was admitted due to my asthma and they told me he would be fine if he was born and he was. More so if u give the colostrum at birth as they get anti bodies from u that prefect against them getting a wide range of things

sorry this doesn't answer your question although I'm sure it wont affect your little boy but I felt like I had the cold for a few days before I went into Labour. Maby it's a sign of something x

I had a viral infection for 4 weeks at the end of pregnancy. Don't worry to much just stay hydrated and plenty of rest. And like @byoungx says it might be the start of something. Some people say they had flu symptoms before labour xx

@byoungx, @stacey804 yeah I've heard flu symptoms being a sign but my OH also has this cold so I'm sure it's not 😩🙈 x
