I can't swaddle my son anymore bc he rolls so much in his sleep but now that he's not swaddled, he wakes himself up so much throughout the night with his arms and legs. He's already in a swaddle transition sack, I don't know what else to do for him 😭

@octobermom14, I have a white noise machine on that I've put on since he was a newborn to help him sleep

@alexislopez, the white noise no help no more too huh 😞 we bought our a crib projection. now hes available to stand up its tough put him too sleep. now we play hes show on netflix little Einsteins and baby nursery rhymes. hes nine months. girl older they get harder to put them asleep 😞

@octobermom14, I actually have a crib projection thing too! But he's actually really easy to put to sleep. Goes right to sleep, but at around midnight he starts to toss and turn and wakes himself up bc he's used to being swaddled so his hands and legs are all over the place now lol

@octobermom14, I know..I feel bad bc he's tired but I can't swaddle him anymore. He flips in his sleep now. That's why I don't know what to do for him 😭
