Having very bad lower back pain where it feels like I need to poop, but when I try it's nothing. The pain goes to my thighs/vagina. As of last Monday, I was not dilated at all, I have another appointment tomorrow. This week I've been doing slot of bouncing, walking and taking EPOs. I just don't wanna drive all the way to my hospital if these are just BHs..
