Got a little freaked out earlier I've been upset most of afternoon went and had a shower and when I got out I was getting painful period pains And back ache it lasted for about an hour and they were every 2 mins I thought this was it but it died down has anyone else had this at 31 weeks I don't remember having it with my 1st x
