Fucking siatica pain!!!!

I know I'm dying!! I don't know the last time I slept without pain 😪

roll on a tennis ball. it worked for me...

it rolls the nerve out somehow. I had it in my left butt cheek & down my leg. I kinda sat on the ball & rolled it out. u can also get up against the wall with the ball between your hip & wall & roll it around.
