My boyfriend doesn't want a baby, and I am pretty sure I got pregnant because I was in my ovulation time. I told him I thought I was pregnant and he told me to abort the baby. I am scared that if I end up pregnant he will fight for the baby, and he will get custody for it.

it would really depend on whos more stable and were you live. none of us can give you an answer to if he would get custody or not... but im sure hed atleast get some sort of visitation.

if he asked you to abort the baby i have no idea why he would even try to get custody. with that being said, he most likely wont. in some cases they do grant the father custody but youd have to be a deadbeat mom. if you want your baby 9/10 you'll have your baby.

@server135, grandparents do not have any legal rights to the baby until there is a need for a "next of kin". as far as Daddy goes it would be a split custody situation unless you were seen as an unfit parent.
