You shouldn't be pressured into doing stuff. Ever if they are your friend they wouldn't make you do anything they for respect your choices and support you

its not pressuring you if its good, more so encouraging you. I have a friend that has always wanted to go into the military but needs to lose weight first. so I've invited her to go to the gym with me every chance I had, even offered to get her. depends what she's "pressuring" you to do..
