Acne can show up anywhere on a newborn and honestly it doesn't look like acne either. Try giving your baby a nice bath, and then use a perfume free lotion on your baby like aveeno.

Doctor told me acne can go down towards the hips. If it was a reaction it would be more like hives. If you're breastfeeding it's from the hormones in your milk and it will go away on its own.
