Some people write in the invitation for the guest to bring a pack of diapers. I did put my baby shampoo and lotion on my registry. 2 of my clients brought me baskets with baby bath stuff also. I bought the laundry detergent myself.

since I'm doing cloth diapering I'm hesitant to ask for diapers in a way it's such a heavy load for ppl who have no idea how it works...how many lotions and shampoos did you scan?

do a diaper raffle, get a $20 gift card as the prize and who ever brings diapers gets a ticket to be in the raffle that's how all my friends received tons of diapers

I registered for the gift sets of shampoos etc .. It's not a must I have I can buy myself but I figured I'd put it on Incase someone was looking for soemthing cheap .. I can always use that stuff

I made it a contest. I put on my invitation for everyone to bring diapers and that everyone's name would be in a drawing to win a gift card to a store...

I just put one of each. I'm almost at 3 months and we're not done with the first set yet and I still have the other gift baskets packed away. If you're thinking of doing cloth diapers I would put the website you're thinking to order from on your invitation and hopefully people will pay attention. Or ask for generic gift cards so you can get what you want.
