i am good thankyou. been shit last two weeks i thought was doing fine but its hit me like tonne of bricks literally. my ribs on left side are taking too much pressure as theres a big hernia traped under there aswell as the other organs pushed under with expanding belly and its protruding thru bottom 2 ribs so the close to cracking. fed up to back teeth! i knt wait for it to be over!
