Your hips had to spread to push out the baby so they're going back to normal! You used a lot of muscles you don't normally use. And as for cramping, it's totally normal! That's your uterus contracting back down to size. And breastfeeding helps it go down quicker. That's why they say breastfeeding helps keep women skinny so soon after birth. So it's a good thing! I know it sucks though.
your stomach cramping is your uterus going back to its normal size. it takes about 4 weeks to go back to normal size. and yes my hips hurt so bad after having my daughter. they don't as much now only occasionally. in 10.5 weeks PP
