I would wait at least 2-3 weeks thats when i started after having my baby
It's best to wait. your body needs to time to heal internally. It takes a bit for your uterus to shrink back down and you don't want to risk anything.
I'd definitely wait a little longer. You may be healed on the outside but the inside you may not be. I'd wait to be checked first.
