Advice needed! So my hubby likes to drink. He has been drinking about every other day after work. he works nights so it's at like 7 in the morning. I am freaking because I am having dreams he is drunk when I need to go to the hospital which is a 45 minute drive. I asked him to not drink more than 2 or 3 at a time for now. Am I being silly?!

I mean, I get what you're saying. If he's not drinking a lot, I'd just tell him maybe to hold off on drinking in case the baby comes.

he never gets like trashed but I feel like 5 or 6 beers is too many to be driving on ! I just don't want to sound controlling or like I'm overreacting @jessicasharp

You're right, he shouldn't be driving if he's drinking that way. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend drank all night last night. This morning I sat him down and explained how I didn't think that was a good idea because our daughter could be here at any time. Not only should he not be driving like that, but I want him to remember our daughter being born. So maybe just explain that to him. Are you at risk for early labor?

No. everything is good. That's y I thought maybe I was overreacting cuz I'm only 33 weeks. And he don't drink and drive but I'm sure I ain't gonna feel like driving when the time comes especially being 45 minutes away. @jessicasharp

@Lindseybriscoe, I would just let him know that even though you've still got a few weeks, it's really worrying you and you like for him to not drink as much.
