My husband doesn't want to deal with reusable diapers. he knows they save money and helps with potty training even helps with not getting rashes and yeast infections but he still doesn't want to use them. my family doesn't want to baby either if I use them. and to top it off I haven't been able to buy any. oh and I start school after he's born so I need all the help. Ugh I'm not having a good month so far. ... I need good news in my life right now. I've been giving all bad news for at least the last few days.

From personal experience and friends that cloth diaper, I have had more issues with rashes and yeast infections and they don't change potty training one way or the other....

@dcb012, really, I've never heard bad of cloth diapers. that's what got me drawn to them.

Oh I've had one of the worst experiences EVER!!! But there's a decently huge community here that cloth diapers and I only know a couple people that don't have a bunch of issues.... Every day is a different trial and error of leaks and what inserts to use. With mine the ammonia burns were so bad her diaper rash bled and stained several diapers..... You have to worry about the snaps, velcro, elastic, fit, ect.... It's a very frustrating process and unless you have the support, it can make it hard. The washing process can be a pain and the sunning as well as the stripping if there's build up..... You have to test the hardness of your water and yadadadada......

And that makes it harder because then your cloth ones won't be properly cared for as they'll just take it off and could possibly ruin it...
