Can someone please explain how Braxton hicks feels?? And then explain how they feel versus real contractions? I've been feeling a dull crampy feeling that almost demobilizes me in my lower stomach area and then today I started feeling cramps in the right upper side of my stomach.

BH were just a VERY tight belly for me, but real contractions were all in my hips and back. Felt like my hips were being ripped apart over and over again.

Is what you're feeling coming and going? If so, start timing. Everybody's contractions are different, and I do know that SOMETIMES some girls say their BH will hurt. If you're worried, I'd give your on call doctor or labor and delivery a call!

@darianweaver, well the other day my stomach was cramping for nearly an hour on and off. It hurt but I'm truly not good with pain. You could pinch me and I'd cry lmao. You could ALMOST pinch me and I swear I'd feel it😂. The pain was more pressure than anything else. I haven't felt it in three days but today my upper tummy was cramping a little, that felt more like cramping pain than pressure pain if that makes sense. My L&D is so frustrating. They basically say that if you're not experiencing abnormal discharge and if I'm not bleeding then I'm fine. Ugh.. Sometimes they don't even listen to what I'm really saying.
