When did you mom's start putting your baby in the crib in their room? My baby girl sleeps 6-7 hours…

My son started sleeping in his own room at 3 months

See she is 6 weeks & I just don't know if that's too young. I guess I could start with naps. But she cries & cries when she is in there.

My son is 3 months and he's actually going to sleep in his room for the first time tonight but I'm sleeping on an air mattress next to him lol I'm not ready

Her room is literally 10 steps from the foot of our bed...@alexislopez, so I think I'll be good there. I just want her to be able to fall asleep on her own when she is in the crib. She sleeps now in her bassinet that rocks & vibrates & she is out. I just don't know how she'll do laying still.

@tmross, oh we have two different problems then lol his room is across the house. His bassinet didn't do that so I rock him and then lay him down. I will place my hand on him if he starts to wake up and slowly take it off when he's asleep and that helps! Best of luck

@alexislopez, I feel I have corrupted her, ha. But then again she is only 1 month old! I guess when we get ready to do that, we will have to stop the rocking...ha. Thanks for the advice

My SIL already has her baby sleeping in her own room and she's only a week and half.. 😳

@bishop0301, I wanted to have her in there since birth, but I couldn't do that because she was still so small, she was considered a premie
