My baby has a white dot on his tongue, kinda hard to see in the picture.. Any idea what it could be?

Could be from his milk/formula maybe. My youngest had that a couple times even tho i always gently scrubbed her tongue with the little scrubber thing that comes in their thermometer packet things.
