Oh that's so annoying. Plenty of women eat things they aren't supposed to during pregnancy.

it's bad enough I'm worried about it. apparently it's a crime to eat cold Bologna and hot dogs.

they can't tell you NOT to eat cold lunch meat. my midwife said it's generally just the first half of pregnancy that they want you to watch eating it cause of listeria but there's like a 1% chance or something that you get it anyways.

that makes me feel a lot better ^^ it's just hard trying to watch what you eat :( I was hungry and I forgot to put it in the microwave. @themommaoffour

the only way I can eat lunch meat warm is on a grilled ham and cheese. she said in moderation you're fine. basically don't sit and eat the entire package of hotdogs uncooked or the entire package of lunch meat not heated. otherwise you're fine to eat it here and there

I've ate cold chicken tuna sandwich before and nothing happen. so i didn't think cold hot dogs or Bologna would hurt anything. I've also ate sub way before.

I eat a turkey deli meat sandwiches almost every day.
