Can't sleep. Leg cramp and all I can think about is my brother and sister. My brother went to visit his dad yesterday after his work and found him dead. Words can't describe my heartache for them both. My sister was just back from her family holiday early hours of yesterday morning to this devastating news. I don't want to spill all these feelings on Facebook and stuff as its so raw to them both but I can't help feel awful for them. 💔
