my shower is 3 weeks away and my friend volunteered to pay got my cake, now she keeps giving excuses…

Same thing happened to me when I was pregnant with my daughter I ended up doing it all with my fiancé n me n her friendship isn't as close anymore

@nhenson23, I went all out for he shower she had so many gifts from me so I'm feeling a little hurt

@mrshamilton830, I totally understand I'm just like why volunteer if u really don't wanna do it....but I had another friend offer to help her n she refused to work with her n said she can do it alone then backed out 2 weeks before so I was super pissed

Dang girl!!!! Your one amazing friend! I mean if I was in her position I definitely couldn't afford to match what you got. But if she said she would pay for the cake and hasn't maybe ask her and see what she says. You think she maybe forgot?

I read your post wrong, it seems like she just is backing out like you mentioned. Id she said she was paying for it she should pay for it!

@mommybump2016, she's not working but gets $600 in foodstuffs the cake is only $64 and she volunteered to buy it out of her foodstamps but always has an accuse
