so I apply for welfare and within a few hours they call me and say Im accepted for 764$ and I was to wait on the check in the mail. we get the mail and it's a letter saying we are denied welfare because we get a net income of over 1000$ ...if I was getting that money why would I want welfare. I don't work and never have and my bf gets paid under the table by his dad's business and that's only 100$ in like 3 days. I like to know where they are pulling this money from because so far it's coming out their asses because I don't see $1000 dollars a month ugh..welfare won't even answer any phone call its agravating

you need to go in and talk to them bc what they say over the phone and in the office is very different

You don't have a food stamp card?? Maybe it's on there . They did the same to me and all money was in card.

call them. someone was doing fruad under my husband's name getting unemployment checks and that causes us to get denied until we reported it and the man doing the scam stopped getting checks. we had no idea this was happening.
