for the moms who had stitches, how long did it take for them to dissolve and how did you know? i had 2nd degree tearing and had to get stitches. it doesn't burn anymore but feels a bit sore. just wondering when will I know I'm healed. its been a week.
Ladies that had virginal births did any of you had to get stitches if so how did the healing process go ? What about c section mommies that I had multiple how was healing process? With my first daughter had emergency c section and it took up to 8 months to fully heal outside because I had infections and gestational diabetes that it took longer to heal. I’m getting induced but I want to know both healing processes can never be to ready lol thank you ladies in advance 💖💖

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
Any moms had got stitches after they had they kids or kid and how many did you get and what did you use for the pain to make it stop hurting???

They're usually gone within 2 weeks, I got cut to prevent tearing... (I had stitches with my first 2 kids).... I also had stitches from an injury, and 2 different surgeries... Same amount of healing time.

mine was gone by my 6 week. Some people are able to have sex but I didn't do it until the doctors said it was

@mazeyy09, i don't go back for my check up until August 13th. So hopeful they're gone by then. i am going to be checking now that you mentioned it

they told me the same thing and when I got checked again at 2 weeks they were still there. Its really just an estimate. I never really thought about checking earlier because I was in so much pain

@a.claypool13, @mazeyy09 I didn't even think of checking with a mirror, lol I still have baby brain. The doctor told me 7-10 days. so when you ladies say weeks, I start to think they didn't tell me right.

by 4 weeks mine was gone. I didn't have that many but I just checked myself with a mirror.

It took mine 7 weeks before they were completely gone :/ I had loads of stitched , so maybe mines not a good one to go by. :/
