I can help you, it's best to go to dollar store or party city for cheap decorations, you have to pick a date 1st, then a location and last a theme. once you finish with those decide a cake or cupcakes (cupcakes are cheaper), then pick a menu you could do simple finger foods, finger sandwiches, fruit tray, things like that, and then games, the prices can also come from the dollar store

I did party favors just silly stuff from the dollar tree, for food I did hummus with pita chips, a party tray, a fruit tray and I had cupcakes. Basically exactly what @mrshamilton830 is saying

Do a diaper raffle! For every pack of diapers someone brings you, they will get their name in a drawing. Make the prize like a $20 gift card, movie tickets, something like that. It's fun, and you'll be sure to get lots of diapers!

I just had a fox, owl, porcupine animal thing I got from hobby lobby. I had cake and cupcakes, decorations, chips, punch or bottled water, fruit tray, vegetable tray, some pretzels and just stuff like that. We also had a game where everyone writes down when they think baby will be born, the weight, the time, how many inches, and color of hair.

I'm doing pulled pork sandwiches with sides, my sister in laws are going go help out and make the sides. I'm also doing brownies and cookies instead of a cake/cupcakes.

We are having mine from 12-3 so we decided we better feed everyone lol
