I did at my 39 week apt and it didn't hurt as bad as people said it would but everyone is different. Two days later I lost huge chunks of my plug twice but it didn't work for me obviously cause I'm 40+2 😑 lol but good luck!

you can't get it done if your not dilating, she/he has to put fingers through the cervics in order to scrape..
