Has anyone used Fit baby detergent ? It's organic and free of dyes and chemicals except it caused…

I can't remember if I used dreft or that one but my baby broke out into a TERRIBLE rash and I felt terrible people stared at me like I was this horrible mother because of something I couldn't help, turned out it wasn't from the soap but she had scratched her cheek and milk from her eating fed the rash and made it spread over her face😩😩😩 its cleared up now hope your baby feels better, it didn't bother her but it sure as heck bothered me

my son has excema and certain lotions will break him out..i started out using baby ALL laundry detergent then went to ALL free and clear which has no dye no nothing and now that Lucas is a year old i use regular ALL. but certain lotions or bath washes i notice irritant his excema even more. good luck momma its hard watching them be in pain 😞

@rylees_mommy, we've used dreft since he was born but switched to the other one because it was at Costco. Huge disappointment, I saw reviews saying it gets moldy too.. Poor girl , Lucas scratches a lot too but he's getting better at it. His rash can't be seen with clothes on so no one knows unless he's in a flare up and I tell them not to be rough with him. But I feel horrible.😪

@lucasmomma, thank you! I haven't changed his lotions or washes yet and especially won't now..it is really hard to watch since my diet could be attributing to it. I've had to cut all dairy out and so far he's gotten better.

@myliltadpole1116, are you thinking its a food allergy? have you tried cutting out egg too? ive notice thats another big allergy too

@myliltadpole1116, don't feel horrible hers was all over her face!! I got rude remarks thrown at me left and right!! He will get better sorry he has to go through this I know how you feel wishing you could take it away 😣😣😔

@lucasmomma, yea I really do.. My poor baby gets so fussy after I have any cheese or milk. A little gassy with eggs but not too bad, nothing like milk/cheese.. It's so difficult to explain to people too. He's lost an ounce since all this happened in the last 2 weeks and that just adds to it😥

@lucasmomma, don't worry, no it's not and that's why I've been trying to cut dairy out. Substitutes for milk etc but there's more dairy in things than not and being on wic makes it incredibly difficult because that's over 50% of the food that they give and they don't understand that there is a difference between cows milk protein allergy and lactose intolerance .. Sorry for the rant lol

@myliltadpole1116, oh no i know my son was put on soy milk from day 1 because he kept spitting up gerber gentle so he was put on it and when i went to wic they had all these questions why is he on this and blah blah blah. then when he was transitioned from formula to milk she wanted me to give cow milk a try and said no i tried that he refused and when he did drink it he threw up and blew it out. so he has to be on soy! so i totally understand

@lucasmomma, as soon as I realized it was milk I tried doing soy since I'm bf but my stomach doesn't like it lol so I'm just drinking almond milk. We're introducing puréed foods now too but I'm worried about other food allergies so we have to go slow even though he loves it .Wic is almost too much of a pain than it's worth. Lol

@myliltadpole1116, i talked to Lucas dr about having a food allergy panel done like what all it is and when he can have it and even told me he was going suggest it for him but i have to wait til he is 18months and he said all they do is draw his blood and test it on foods and environmental allergies too

Yea that sounds about right @lucasmomma we'll be doing that for our Lucas too😅
