So ladies, I had first go at inserting primrose oil capsules up near my cervix. I thought I'd share this with ya...it was not easy pushing it up as far as I could as to get it close to my cervix, and it will leak out a bit when you pee and if you get up at all it will leak into your underwear a little. I felt super weird putting something up my vag but I did it. It does dissolve so don't worry about having some foreign object inside of you, lol. Just be sure to get gel capsules...not caplets not tablets!
