Idk if it is just me but I don't really get it when people say, "the baby looks just like _____!"…

Idk if it is just me but I don't really get it when people say, "the baby looks just like _____!" particularly in a 2d/3d ultrasound...like I understand sometimes you can see some very small similarities in lips/nose in 3d/4d but...the picture is still very unclear...idk it just gets on my nerves sometimes 😂😅 When I saw our anatomy scan I didn't stare at the picture through a magnifying glass trying to find similarities..I was just happy to see a healthy boy. Am I right?
