Has anybody else been working out before & kept going throughout your pregnancy so far?

I don't know how to do much more than I am already doing. I workout everyday. with one rest day. for 30 to 45 minutes. I do pushup, I do planks, 21df, 21dfx, piyo. .t25, IMax30. I've done it all from before pregnancy till now. I taught insanity and piyo classes. I had amazing upper body & body fat % was about 14. I'd love to teach pole! I've seen it and would love to try that once baby gets here.

@cubanese, oh. I'm kinda new here. I did too before pregnancy, mostly beachbody programs and then I got certified to teach Insanity & Piyo. I'm a cyclist too. doctor says I'm doing great on weight, and I still eat healthy, but allow myself foods I don't normally eat, like dairy mainly. My upper body though has gotten flabby it seems even though I've worked out everyday since pregnancy with weights as well, not sure of if I'm just not taking in enough food, even though I feel I am, and my body is holding on to some fat for nourishment. I know I eat small throughout the day, and all healthy. Have any advise? I didn't do fitness with my first two pregnancies, so I just continued doing what I was doing before I got pregnant, doctor approved.

@shannonstahl15, I worked out so much before pregnancy and now all I do is eat healthy and just walk to keep my wieght on track, haha
