Its like the cry it out method... But i kinda did it by my own terms.. Because my dsughter was also used to me rocking her to sleep so i had ti break the habbit
what do you mean sleep trained?
My daughter wouldnt sleep till i sleep trained her its much better than it sounds but i did it for the both of us and she has slept thru the nite since but it was a ruff 1.5weeks
this is the third kid but he is the only one that I can't get to sleep thru the night.

How old is your baby? Swaddling is literally the best thing ever invented! My baby loved to be wrapped up tight like a little burrito.
How old? Have u tried any of the sleep methods?
@raerae95, its hard honestly but it helped me alot ... Alot of moms r against it but like i said thats all up to u
