Pissed off got my forms for my maternity leave I'm not entitled to smp coz I don't earn enough tax…

I should be entitled to maternity allowance Hun via the jobcentre I believe

I'm so upset think it's just my hormones but it's another thing to worry about. Been working for the company for 4 years. Does that mean if I go by job centre I don't have to return to work? I'm so confused

How come u don't qualify how much do u earn and how many hours do u work? I'm confused your not entitled to it? No maternity allowance is 139 a week for a period of time and u claim through benefits system. I think as long as u earn over a certain amount a week for so many weeks u get it. And u return to your job as usual when it ends

You also need I think it's called SMP1 form from your employer to say why you can't receive it and I'm sure if you earn over 30 a week your entitled to it xx
