My husband dropped a Oreo crumb on the floor, and I felt the urge and need to sweep and mop the entire thing over again. And I did. He comes home and throws his work shirt over the chair, I sanitized the chair and felt like the kitchen was becoming a mess. It's a real thing and it can get very bad. We got into a disagreement about it because I was getting frustrated if one thing was out of place. I finally palmed myself in the head and got past it. Not fully but I can keep a dish in the sink without freaking out now lmao 😂
