Gotta get moving and take the baby to his physical therapy. I forget who asked last week but he's in PT for Torticollis and Plagiocephaly as a result of being in the NICU for a while. That basically means that his head went flat on one side, he's favouring the right side over the left side, and has a hard time turning and looking to the left because of it. Also, his neck muscles were completely weak when we started out and he couldn't hold his head up. Now, he's doing so much better, his head is rounding out very nicely and the exercises his therapist has been working on him with and teaching me are really making a big improvement. I'm proud of him, because it's so hard on him. Now, he can lay on his tummy and hold his head up for 5-10 minutes at a time. He also probably has one of the strongsst cores on any baby that you've ever seen because of all the crunches he has been made to do and continues to do. Pretty soon we will be finished with therapy, and he won't need a helmet!

What are some of the exercises they do to help with his flat spot? I feel like my baby girl had a flat spot. We try keeping her off her head as much as possible but if you have a few exercises to share, that would be great!
