Has anyone had SPD during pregnancy? (symphysis pubis dysfunction)
I really think I have it.. I'm in so much pain that I can't even walk.. I can't lift my legs without hurting, and I can't turn in bed without wanting to cry.. I went grocery shopping yesterday and thought I was going to die because after 5 mins of walking I was in a ton of pain..
the only time I'm okay is when I'm laying down and my legs are together.
other than that it's hard to even do things through the day.😔

Yup!! I've been experiencing that as well. I went to my doctor and told her I felt pressure. She said its normal because the baby dropped. But then she felt and said the baby hasn't dropped. So I looked it up last night and it describes what I'm experiencing to the t.
