My baby's face looked like this, and I brought him into the doctor yesterday. I was told to use aveeno baby lotion on it, and today it's tons better! Maybe worth a try?

Right side was two days ago left side is right now. He started getting the dark red circles around the little white zit looking things. And his eye lids were very bumpy and red, but today it's smooth as a baby's butt.
