Does the summer heat wear you out even after a few minutes in it?

I can workout in doors or swim & fine, but just grocery shopping or baby shopping or goodness. ..taking a long car ride! Is just uncomfortable & exhausting.

I'm like seriously, just walking from car to store to car to home & I'm like nap time. lol

Does to me but I also chase after an almost 1 yr old and I'm 39 weeks 4 days pregnant.
