I'm 9 weeks and 2 days. is it safe for me to have a frozen coke and an ice cream.

thanks for that. yesterday I had a soft serve but i wasn't sure if I could have it or not. then when you said about soft serve now I'm scared as I had one yesterday have I hurt my baby.

I've eaten whatever I've wanted my whole pregnancy, minus fish cause I don't like it. But my baby is perfectly healthy :)

thanks for that. I just won't have ice cream anymore. Even before I got pregnant I don't like fish. thank you for your advice I don't have frozen cokes all the time only one jumbo every now and then.

that's fine I just wouldn't have it again everyone is different and has different opinions but I've been told soft serve ice cream isn't good.

I didn't have an ice cream today after what people have said. I don't usually have these kinds of foods anyway. it was just a treat and I didn't know. As this is my first time being a mum.

not 100% sure on uterus being everyday but it grows as baby grows. bloating is very normal just your uterus getting bigger and making room for bub.
