Is there anyway to get moldy smell out of baby clothes? They were my nephews baby clothes and my sister left them all at my grandpas in boxes in his pool shed so they smell. I've already washed them three times but I can't get that smell out. Are they probably a lost cause? Should I just soak them in bleach and use them in the house?

I'm not sure if it'll work (I'm trying it on a pair of my pants now) but they make Oder eaters, and maybe you can bag the clothes up with an oder eater and see if that takes out the smell and then wash them again.

Try adding one cup of vinegar to your wash. Vinegar is a natural astringent and disinfectant and should deal with any mold or mildew in the fabric. Soak the clothes in a solution of water and either laundry detergent, oxygen bleach, or a specialist stain remover product.
