depends on how much time your job offers. I get up to 12 weeks maternity

talk to your corporate office.. I've been off work since 34 weeks due to premature labor so if I deliver within the next week or 2 I'll still have 8 weeks after baby to be home.

As far as getting paid yes. You get 4 weeks before, 6 or 8 weeks after. And then you can get paid an additional 6 weeks through paid family leave. But as far as what your job will allow you to take off from work is up to them and what you qualify for

it depends.. I went out at 32 weeks. I got 16 weeks from my job.
