its rare to have it really, but they just swab your butt and vagina. doesnt hurt

i was wondering the same thing. I get mine done next thurs at my 36 weeks checkup. i feel the same way you do @lovelymommylumps

it's just extra bacteria from hormones! everyone has it but if your levels are at a certain amount you get antibiotics for labor! I had it with my first! no biggie!

I've had it with all 3 babies you just get an IV of antibiotics during delivery no big deal. Lol when I first heard about it I thought it was an std or something because that's what it sounds like lol I about freaked out because there was no possible way!! Haha wayyyy far from that.
