How long should I be spotting for?
It not like when I wipe its there, but ive been wearing a pad and it seems mostly like old blood, but its been coming for a few days. Its not alot, but after so long you start to wonder.
It seems the more I get out and move around the more comes out. I did about 2 miles of walking last night and I have been sitting on my excercise ball more. Is this just normal sense baby is getting close? Im 50% effaced and 1cm

@adriannejanine, I was just there on Tuesday, I got a cervical check monday and tuesday, they always tell me to expect spotting and stuff like that. Im just wondering if it should still be like this.
