Peri bottle is life... Especially if you have stitches. I had internal and external stitches. You squirt it on you as you pee. It relieves burning, stinging as you pee. Also, drink lots of water. It makes your urine less acidic. The blue thing you can lay up under you so you don't bleed on furniture etc. The dermoplast, I believe was suppose to help with itching or something. But it burned when I used it, so I didn't.

Or if you have a c section it just helps rinse down there so you don't have to bend too much and hurt your incision that's what the squirt bottle is. The can is a spray that numbs your vag if you tear.

the dermoplast is a life saver. spray it on your vag after you use the bathroom and it numbs it.
