noticed the strap was a little loose so I fixed it. mainly talking about her head hanging down though.

definitely tighten the straps like you mentioned, her head is fine like that, but if it bothers you take 2 receiving blankets and roll them up and tuck them next to babies head to hold it straight. other than that you're great! :) -CPST

the base may need to be adjusted so that she's not sitting up right quite so far?

@shananaginsx it did not, the hospital gave it to us because the nurse broke ours trying to adjust it.

have you checked and made sure they didn't give you an expired seat? and make sure it hasn't been in any wrecks at all?

@crunchymomma yeah, it's brand new. they give them out and just charge your insurance.
