No problem! They were a life saver for me. I took them regularly and I didn't really have pain once I was taking them. I had a c section so it was a lifesaver to me hahaha

yes take something..I didn't poop for like a week and when i tried it felt worst than my c section lol i took ducolax and magnesium citrate..in a few hours I was a happy camper lol
